Selection Process for Graduates

An aspirant is required to fill an application form as a first step of the recruitment process. After screening of the applications, a subset of all applicants gets calls for the initial interview based on academic background, extracurricular activities, work experience and business need.
Next, the candidate is put through telephonic interviews – This is usually a ‘fit’ interview and the interviewer tries to understand your qualifications and interests, and evaluate your potential fit with Accenture. Selected candidates are invited to a second round interview, which may be held on campus, in an Accenture office, or over the telephone. Depending on your potential position, this interview round may include a case interview or a situational interview. There will be a final round interview at an Accenture office. This will be a chance for you to get to further share your experience with Accenture executives, meet analysts and consultants from the local office and learn more about our company
Once all interviews are complete, top candidates are extended offers – The offer will contain full details on the position, salary and benefits package, and a helpful guide for evaluating your offer.
Selection Process for Experienced Professionals
Accenture conduct a rigorous interview process to ensure that appropriate candidates are hired for the available positions. In the first round of interviews, the resume is scrutinized in detail. Your experiences and interests will be the centre of discussion at a high level. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position. The subsequent interviews with Accenture executives require a more in-depth discussion of your skills and experiences.
Accenture’s online application takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete. The application form is a vital to the screening process.
