If you have purchased an interview for Harvard Business School (HBS), then your mock interview will be conducted by either an alumnus or a current student of HBS.
• Consulting: If you have purchased an interview for Boston Consulting Group (BCG), then your mock interview will be conducted by a top MBA alumnus working or who have worked at BCG.
• Finance: If you have purchased an interview for Morgan Stanley, then your mock interview will be conducted by a top MBA alumnus working or who have worked at Morgan Stanley.
• General Management: If you have purchased an interview for Amazon, then your mock interview will be conducted by a top MBA alumnus working or who have worked at Amazon.

We verify the credentials of every interviewer joining us. Rest assured, you can confidently take the interview from our interviewers.

You will select your preferred timeslots for the interview. Our interviewers will apply for the timeslots that you have provided for the interview. We will allocate the timeslot as per your preferences. We suggest you choose atleast three timeslots in your preferences.

We offer mock interview, application and CV review services for the MBA aspirants, future consultants, bankers and general managers.

It is the responsibility of the interviewee to call the interviewer at the scheduled time. You can see the scheduled time of the interview on your interview page.

• First Review: You will send the your application in its current shape to your application reviewer, who will be the concerned school's alumnus. Your reviewer will review it and send his/her comments.
• Strategy Call: S/he will call you to explain the points you need to highlight in your application and the overall strategy. Presentation is key. The call can be arranged before the first review as well.
• Second Review: You will incorporate the first review comments and re-send your application to the reviewer. The reviewer will review it and send his/her comments.

In summary, the process includes one detailed strategy call and two reviews of your application. We believe an alumnus understands best what their school looks for in a prospective candidate.

CV and applications essays are not mandatory. However, it will help the interviewer to conduct the interview more effectively by having both. These documents will help the interviewer ask you more relevant and appropriate questions based on your experience and essays. So, we encourage the interviewees to provide CV and application essays, or at least a CV.

We treat your information with complete confidentiality. Your CV and applications essays will only be viewed by the interviewer through InterviewBay.

All our interviewers are from top business schools in the world. They understand the importance of the mock interviews, as they too have been in this situation when they were applying for an MBA or their dream job. In the situation where the interviewer has decided not to conduct the interview, we will arrange another interviewer from our interviewers wait list.

InterviewBay is committed to making the interview happen. However, in circumstances where the interviewer has failed to attend the call, we will return your money or reschedule your interview.

You should appreciate that all the interviewers are busy individuals and they have allocated time for you. In the case of some unexpected situation , we will try to reschedule the interview provided you give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can inform the interviewers and plan accordingly. If you fail to inform us before 24 hours however, we cannot refund you since the interviewer will still be waiting for your call.

The candidate should write to us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to reschedule or cancel the interview. An interview purchased on InterviewBay can be taken anytime within one year from the purchase date. Any interview not taken before one year from the purchase date will expire and hence will not be refundable.

Your interview will be a very comprehensive and in-depth process similar to your final interview. Your CV and application essays, if provided to InterviewBay, will be read before the interview. Moreover, all the interviewers have gone through the interview process before, and some of these interviewers have also worked with the admissions committee at their schools. Rest assured, our interviewers will ask you more relevant and appropriate questions based on thier experience.

Though CV and application essays are not mandatory, we strongly recommend that you send us these documents so that the interviewer can help you in preparing effectively for your final interview.

• Verbal Feedback: The interviewerwill provide you with personalized feedback after the interview so that you know the key areas to focus on during the real interview.
• Written feedback: The interviewer will provide you with detailed feedback on InterviewBay after the interview so that you can refer to it during your interview preparation. You can login on InterviewBay to check the feedback at any time.

We verify all interviewers who register on our database. We will take less than 24 hours to activate your interviewer account on InterviewBay. If we need any further information, we will get in touch with you.

Once you complete the interview, you will fill a simple feedback form on the performance of the interview so that the candidate can use it for his/her interview prep. As soon as you mark the interview status as complete, we will process your payment within 24 hours. Please contact us if you don't see the payment status updated by 5 business days.

In such a case, we recommend that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can make alternative arrangements to conduct the interview to avoid inconvenience to the candidate.

Every interviewee purchases an interview from InterviewBay to get interviewed. InterviewBay will pay USD 100 as interviewer fee to you after completion of the interview. We can pay the interviewing fees to you through two ways: PayPal or check (currently available to US and UK addresses only).

We will send the money after you have successfully completed the interview, and sent the feedback to the interviewee.

We provide resume reviews for all the top firms. Resume reviews are done by the alumnus of the candidate's target firm. If a candidate is planning to apply to Boston Consulting Group, an alumnus of BCG can review the resume and provide help to make a good resume.

Similarly, we provide application reviews for top business schools as well. For example, if a candidate is planning to apply to INSEAD, his application can be reviewed by an alumnus of INSEAD. We strongly believe you can help our customers create a good application for your business school.
