Since May 2000, when renowned entrepreneur Red McCombs invested $50 million in The University of Texas at Austin School of Business, the School has launched an aggressive plan to improve its standing as a world leader in business education. To this end, 90% of the McCombs funds are dedicated to match approved contributions to new and existing endowments.
